Wet painting

We have a power and free wet paint line where we treat constructions up to 6m X 2m X 2m, with a weight of up to 2 tons accurately and efficiently. This line is equipped with 7-axis paint robots that allow us to continuously guarantee the quality and layer thicknesses. Our wet paint procedures are suitable for customers who are looking for a custom color finish with excellent surface protection. In this way we offer a high-quality finish to various substrates.

For pieces larger than 6m X 2m X 2m, we have two paint booths, a steam cabin and a drying oven of 8m X 4.5m X 5m. If we use the various boxes in combination, we can paint workpieces with a total length of up to 16m.

We invest heavily in new technologies and have two paint robots. By using advanced robot technology, we can treat large objects evenly and efficiently down to the smallest detail. This process guarantees a high-quality finish, increased production speed and reduced chance of errors, so that we can always offer our customers the best quality.
