Fiber laser cutting

Fiber laser cutting is an advanced technique for very precise and detailed cutting of metals such as steel and stainless steel. Thanks to the low heat emission, the risk of material deformation is minimal, making this cutting method suitable for applications in, for example, the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, aerospace.

  • 3 fiber laser cutting machines with capacity up to 12 kilowatts
  • Dimensions possible up to 6m x 2m with exchanging table
  • Cutting steel, stainless steel and aluminium in thicknesses up to 25mm

HD plasma cutting

HD plasma cutting uses a high-density plasma beam. The hot and concentrated plasma beam makes this method ideal for cutting thicker metal. The smooth cutting edges and high cutting speeds make this technology suitable for large industrial applications such as shipbuilding, construction and heavy machinery production.

  • Cutting steel and stainless steel in thicknesses from 4 to 40 mm
  • Machine with 2 torches with drill aggregator, of which we can cut bevels on 1 of the torches
  • Steel from S235 to S960 in thicknesses up to 40mm.
  • Cutting table 13m X 5m

Autogenous/oxyfuel cutting

Oxyfuel cutting is a proven method for cutting thick metals with a flame that is created by a combination of combustible gas and oxygen. This traditional technique is known for a robust cutting capacity for steel from 20mm and is used in industrial processing for heavy machinery and steel constructions.

  • Cutting steel, aluminium and stainless steel from 0.5 to 300 mm thick
  • Cutting table 13m X 8m
  • Thicknesses up to 300mm with 6 torches
  • Simultaneously burning with 6 torches in different steel grades
